Decided you don't want your item? It happens!

Click the button below within 14 days of receiving you order and drop us a message with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We'll respond to your message within one working day to let you know the next steps.

You'll have an additional 14 days to get it to us for a refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of your item reaching us. You'll be updated by email to let you know when it's going through.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition they were received.

Where possible, please re-use the box you received the item(s) in to reduce the environmental impact of the return.

We can only cover the cost of returns for items that are faulty or were sent in error by us. A pre-paid label will be emailed over for you to use.
