All orders will be dispatched within one working day. We do try our best to get them sent out on the same day wherever possible. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.

Our packaging is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable cardboard. It's printed in the UK with water based ink, and we won't use plastic at any stage.

Each order also includes a little card to say thank you made from seeded paper. Simply pop the card in some soil, add water, and you'll have your very own herb garden!

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class as standard which aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays. We offer FREE 1st Class delivery for all UK orders over £30.

European Delivery

European orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. If your order is £60 or more, delivery is on us!

USA & Canada Delivery

We use Royal Mail International Tracked which should reach you in 6-7 working days. Orders from Canada and USA over £100 get free delivery.

Worldwide Delivery

Unfortunately we have experienced several lost and delayed packages travelling further afield than mainland Europe and North America, so for now we have stopped sending orders globally.

We're hopeful that in the near future we can open ourselves up to worldwide postage again when delivery services are more reliable.
