We’ve always been the antidote to fast fashion, but for a while, we were caught up in the race for next-day delivery.

While it was great for speed, this old model meant holding onto excess stock, which goes against our core mission to reduce fashion waste. If a size sold out, it meant a long wait for a reprint. It just wasn't a sustainable approach.

As an eco-friendly surf brand, we knew we had to align our shipping practices with our values.

Now every piece of our ethical surfwear is made-to-order.

This change was a conscious decision to drastically minimise our environmental footprint. By creating your gear only when you want it, we've eliminated production waste and ensured our process is as clean as the waves we ride. This is central to our zero-waste fashion commitment.

This does mean delivery takes a little longer, but it's a trade-off we're proud to make. It allows us to offer a wider range of designs while ensuring our sustainable delivery promise is met, right down to the 100% plastic-free packaging that lands on your doorstep.

Delivery FAQs

  • The average lead time from order to delivery is 4 working days.

    Sometimes we're a little faster, others we take a couple of days more.

    It all depends on how many orders we're processing ahead of yours.

  • Sadly no. After each order is placed we start working on it immediately, so the turnaround time is already the fastest we can achieve.

    We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as soon as your order's production is complete.

    You'll be notified by email and receive a Royal Mail tracking link to keep an eye on its progress.

  • We hope to bring back overseas shipping very soon, but at the moment we're only shipping within the UK.

    This is to give us a chance to explore the most cost effective solution for overseas customers.

  • Yes, all items will be produced as fast as possible and bundled into the same package for delivery.
